Microsoft: Internet Explorer 6
If you wish to delete the header and footer do the following:
1.  Click: File
2.  Click: Page Setup...
3.  Press the following key two times: Tab
4.  Press: Delete
5.  Press: Tab
6.  Press: Delete
7.  Click: OK
 
Note: To restore the header and footer to the defaults at steps 4 and 6 do the following:
4.  Type: &w&bPage &p of &P
6.  Type: &u&b&d
Also note: Some of the steps above that say Press can also be done with the mouse.

Netscape Communications: Netscape 7.0
If you wish to delete the header and footer do the following:
1.    Click: File
2.    Click: Page Setup...
3.    Click: Margins & Header/Footer tab
4.    Press the following key five times: Tab
5.    Click: Header Left down arrow
6.    Click: --blank--
7.    Press the following key two times: Tab
8.    Click: Header Right down arrow
9.    Click: --blank--
10.  Press the following key one time: Tab
11.  Click: Footer Left down arrow
12.  Click: --blank--
13.  Press the following key two times: Tab
14.  Click: Footer Right down arrow
15.  Click: --blank--
16.  Click: OK
 
Note: To restore the header and footer to the defaults at steps 6, 9, 12, and 15 do the following:
6.    Click: Title
9.    Click: URL
12.  Click: Page # of #
15.  Click: Date/Time
Also note: Some of the steps above that say Press can also be done with the mouse.
