2012 Availability and Disparity Study

In 2007, Caltrans conducted a Disparity Study to develop the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program Goal and Methodology.  In compliance with 49 CFR Section 26, Caltrans is required to submit our Goal and Methodology once every 3 years.  As of October 2011, Caltrans began the 2012 Disparity Study which was completed August 2012.  As of September 14, 2012 the results of this study and Goal and Methodology are now available for public comment until October 31, 2012.
